Chawal Pakoda

  1. Take the cooked rice. Add all the ingredients of the batter. Whisk the batter properly.
  2. With dampen hands, take small portions of the mixture and make small round balls of it.
  3. Take oil in a deep frying pan. When oil turns hot, put the pakodas in it. Fry till crisp and golden brown in color.
  4. Drain the pakodas on a tissue paper. Serve hot with coriander green chutney and tomato ketchup.
