maida (homemade)

corn flour

besan (bengal gram flour)

rawa (semolina)

Chilli Paste

salt to taste
water as required
oil for deep frying
chaat masala (for sprinkling)
Instructions
Cut the capsicum into rings.
Mix all the ingredients of the batter and whisk it well to a coating consistency.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
Dip each ring in the batter and fry till crisp and golden brown in colour.
Sprinkle chaat masala on the crispy capsicum rings. Serve hot.
Best served with salsa sauce. You can also serve it with tomato ketchup.
Additional Note: Oil should be very hot for deep frying.
