Ingredients

bottle gourd/doodhi/lauki
(peeled and cubed pieces)
3/4
cup
whole broken dry red chillies
1/2
cup
red capsicum (chopped)
1/2
lemon
salt to taste
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients along with 3/4 cup of water and cook them till they are soft and overdone.
Switch off the flame and cool the mixture. Blend the mixture with a blender to form a smooth purée
Keep aside for cooling. Serve as required.
