Ingredients

Instructions
Wash rice thoroughly. Drain. In a pan, add rice and water.
Cover and cook on a low flame for 10 minutes.
Add salt. Stir well. Cover and cook again till the grain is tender. Add ghee. Gently mix well. Serve hot with vegetables.
