Ingredients

red chillies

whole dhana

whole jeera

asafoetida
1/2
tablespoon
jaggery (optional)

tablespoon
red chilli powder

lemon
1
bunch of
pudina

small pieces of
tamarind
salt to taste
Instructions
Grind whole dhana, whole jeera, asafoeitda, jaggery, pudina & tamarind. Take the mixture in a bowl.
Then again grind the 3 red chillies separately (the grinded red chillies should not be too tiny)
Combine both the pastes and whisk the mixture well .
Add red chilli powder, lemon & salt to taste.
