Ingredients

Tomatoes

finely chopped capsicum

finely chopped green chillies

red chilli flakes

cumin powder (jeera)

oregano

tomato sauce

coriander leaves finely chopped

oil
sugar and salt to taste
Instructions
Cut tomatoes into two halves and put them in boiling water. Then remove the peel of the tomatoes.
Heat oil in a kadai. Saute capsicum and green chilli in the oil.
Cut the tomatoes in very small pieces and add to the oil.
Add red chilli flakes, oregano, tomato sauce, salt, sugar and jeera powder and cook on the gas for 5 minutes.
Add coriander leaves to it.
