khajur-imli chutney (meethi chutney)

mogar dal kachoris (optional).
coriander (chopped)
chaat masala to taste
salt to taste
Instructions
Place 5 puris on a plate. Put some chopped tomatoes and cucumber on each puri. Top it up with mashed mogar dal kachoris (optional).
Sprinkle some chaat masala and salt. Drizzle coriander green chutney and khajur-imli chutney on the puris. Cover all of this with lots of sev.
Garnish with coriander, chopped raw mangoes (keri) and pomegranate seeds. Serve.
Continue the same for the remaining puris.
