On a high flame, heat oil in a frying pan. Lower the flame. Press the dough through the extruder, in circular movements. Let the strings (sev) fall as one piece directly in the hot oil.
On a medium flame, deep-fry, till light golden in colour. Turn over for even frying. Remove, drain and put on an absorbent paper. Repeat for rest of the dough. Cool and store in an airtight container.
