lemon (juice)

salt to taste

split gram roasted, puffed (dalia)

fresh coconut (grated)

Instructions
Thoroughly clean, wash and cut the coriander leaves.
Grind all ingredients to a smooth paste in a mixer or on a mortar-pestle. Add extra water if needed.
Keep in a bowl. Serve as required.
