Ingredients

boiled rice

fenugreek seeds (methi seeds)

split black gram (urad dal)

coriander leaves (to garnish)

Instructions
Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add asafoetida, mustard seeds, methi seeds, dry red chillies, curry leaves, peanuts and urad dal. Sauté till the dal turns golden brown.
Then add the remaining ingredients, turmeric powder, rice, salt and lemon juice. Sauté the mixture well. Cook on a low flame till the rice gets cooked properly.
Garnish with little coriander and serve hot.
