Bhodesar Jain temple (Pakistan) was built in classical style with stones without any mortar, on a high platform and can be reached by a series of steps carved into the rock. It has beautifully carved huge stone columns and other structural elements. The remaining walls are instable and partially collapsed. It is the oldest and the most spectacular of the monuments in Sindh. It was built in the 9th century by a Jain woman Poni Dahora.
