Chai Ka Masala
All basic spices are aromatic. A dish of this tea masala transforms the Indian tea into a fabulous soothing concoction.
- Sun dry ginger and piprimul nodules for 2-3 hours.
- Dry grind all the ingredients to a fine powder.
- Pass the mixture through a fine sieve. Store in an airtight container. Use as required. Keeps for 1 year.
