This simple pulao adds a lavish taste to your normal dinner.
Vegetable Pulao
- Wash the rice thoroughly and soak for 15-20 minutes. In a vessel boil water, as it comes to a boil put the rice in the boiling water. As soon as the rice becomes soft, switch off the flame and drain the excess water.
- Heat ghee in a non stick pan, put some asafoetida once it heats, then add french beans and sauté for some time. Then add capsicum and sauté for a few seconds.
- Now add tomatoes, pav bhaji masala and salt. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes. Now add rice and lemon and mix properly.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
