it is considered to be auspicious & good.
it includes 8 symbols.

अष्टमंगल
अष्टमंगलकी पटली देरासर में होती है एवं कई श्रावको के घर के दरवाजे पे देखा जाता है।
अष्टमंगल शुभ और मंडल का प्रतिक है।
अष्टमंगल में आठ मांगलिक चिन्हो का समावेश है।

1. Swastik – This is a holy symbol accepted by all hindu reilgions. it is the sign of peace & happiness.

१. स्वस्तिक – सभी हिन्दू धर्म में यह पवित्र चिन्ह है. स्वस्तिक सुख और शांति का प्रतिक है.

2. Shrivast – Shri means beauty & vatsa means chest. Tirthankar’s chest is slightly raised & beautiful. Shrivast is the sign of Tirthankar’s heart filled with compassion.

२. श्रीवत्स – श्री मतलब सुंदरता और वत्स मतलब छाती. तीर्थंकर के छाती का मध्यभाग थोड़ा उचा उठेला होता है और सुन्दर भी.श्रीवास्त ये तीर्थंकर के करुणामय ह्रदय का प्रतिक है।

3. Nandavart – special type of 9 cornered swastik is known as nandavart. it is the sign of auspiciousness. it is believed as a doner of material, physical, mental & spiritual energy as well as prosperity.

३. नंदावर्त – विसिस्ट प्रकार का नव कोने वाला स्वस्तिक नंदावर्त कहलाता है. ये सुबह सूचक मन जाता है. भौतिक, शारीरिक, मानसिक और आध्यात्मिक शक्ति अवं समृद्धि देता है।

4. Vardhaman Samput – when one small shallow earthen dis which is used as lamp is inverted over another similar dish it is known as vardhaman samput. it destroys all troubles in life and enhance fame.

४. वर्द्धमान सम्पुट – एक कोडिये के ऊपर दूसरा कोडिया उल्टा रखने में आने पर पेटी सामान सम्पुट बनता है. यह सभी के जीवन में मुसीबतों को नष्ट कर देता है और प्रसिद्धि में वृद्धि दिलाता है।

5. Bhadrasan – it means throne. it brings energy, wealth & prosperity hence is considered as an auspicios object.

५. भद्रासन – इसका मतलब सिंहासन है. यह इसलिए एक मांगलिक वस्तु के रूप में माना जाता है. ऊर्जा , धन और समृद्धि लाता है।

6. Kalash – Kalash is used during almost all auspicious ceremonies. kalash is the sign of success. kalash fills our life with love, happiness and peace.

६. कलश – कलश लगभग सभी शुभ समारोह के दौरान प्रयोग किया जाता है. कलश सफलता की निशानी है. कलश प्यार , खुशी और शांति के साथ हमारा जीवन भर जाता है।

7. Meenyugal – meen means fish and yugal means couple. meenyugal is a pair of fish. just as a fish swims in ocean we must also swim and cross the worldly ocean. it destroys sorrow and brings happiness in life. meenyugal reminds us of our duty of crossing this worldly ocean.

७ .मीन का मतलब मछली है और युगल का मतलब साथी है. मींयुगल मछली की एक जोड़ी है. जैसे समुद्र में मछली तैरती है उसी रूप में हमेभी तैरना और सांसारिक सागर को पार करना है. यह दु: ख को नष्ट कर देता है और जीवन में खुशी लाता है. मींयुगल इस सांसारिक महासागर को पार करने का हमारा कर्तव्य को याद दिलाता है।

8. Darpan – it means mirror. it reflects our real self. it prompts us to get rid of our evils and increase virtues in our life.

८. दर्पण – यह दर्पण होता है। यह हमारी असली स्वयं को दर्शाता है। यह हमारी बुराइयों से छुटकारा पाने के लिए और हमारे जीवन में सद्गुणों को बढ़ाने के लिए हमें संकेत देता है।
