Chai Ka Masala

All basic spices are aromatic. A dish of this tea masala transforms the Indian tea into a fabulous soothing concoction.
  1. Sun dry ginger and piprimul nodules for 2-3 hours.
  2. Dry grind all the ingredients to a fine powder.
  3. Pass the mixture through a fine sieve. Store in an airtight container. Use as required. Keeps for 1 year.
  4. Proportions can vary to individual taste.
