Mulnayak: Nearly 30 cms. high, white – coloured idol of Bhagwan "Ghrutkalol Parshvanath in the
Padmasana posture.
Tirth: It is in the center of the village Suthari.
Historicity: Shri Uddeshi was a poor Jain Shravak who had a lot of debts and did not know how to
get out of his problems. A divine voice asked him to get this idol of Parshvanath which was in the
possession of a villager. He purchased this idol from the villager and brought it to his house and
kept it in a granary. He worshipped the idol with great faith. One day Shresthi Meghansha invited
the whole village for lunch. Fearing that the prepared food might not be sufficient for all, the
Shreshti prayed to Bhagwan Parshvanath to save him from disgrace. He dipped this idol in ghee
and placed it. A miracle happened. The container of ghee remained full after continuously taking
ghee out of it and the whole village was fed to his satisfaction. Everybody was amazed and hence
this idol came to be known as "Ghrutkalol Parshvanath ". This idol was given to the Jain Sangh in
1721 of the Vikram era and the idol was installed in a temple. Later on, a Splendid and beautiful
temple was built and this idol was formally installed on the eighth day of the bright half of the month
of Vaishakh in the year 1896 of the Vikram era. This idol is of the era of Raja Samprati. This temple
is very famous due to the number of miracles happening here. Situated in Suthari village, this
temple is one of the Kutchh-Bhuj Abdasa Panchtirthi. Thrice in a year, the sun's rays touch the
feet of the idol.
Other Temples: At present, there is no other temple.
Works of art and Sculpture: This temple with a vast story looks beautiful with many peaks. Its
artistry is very attractive. On the upper floor, there are Choumukhi idols. There is also a temple of
Bhagwan Adinath behind the main temple. Besides, there are extraordinary ancient idols of
Gautam Swami and Padmavatidevi. They are eye – catching.
Guidelines: Bhuj, the nearest railway station is at a distance of 86 kms. and Gandhidham is at a
distance of 160 kms. The roads are good and the bus service and the taxi service are available
here. Dharamshala and Bhojanshala facilities are available here.
Scripture: A mention of this temple has been made in "365 Shri Parshva Jin Naammala", in "Shri
Sankheswar Parshvanath Chad", in "Shri Bhateva Parshvanath Stavan", in "Shri Parshvanath
Sankhya Stavan", in "Shri Parshvanath Naammala" etc. An idol of Ghrutkalol Parshvanath is there
in Kalikund Parshvanath temple in Santacruz, Mumbai.

श्री धृत कल्लोल पार्शवनाथ – सुथरी तीर्थ
यह स्थल कच्छ भुज की अबडासा पंचतीर्थो का एक मुख्य तीर्थ माना जाता है| इस मंदिर की प्रतिष्ठा विक्रम सं. १८६५ वैशाख शुक्ल अष्टमी को हुई थी|
इस प्रभु-प्रतिमा का चमत्कार अति विख्यात है| कहा जाता है की श्री उदेशी श्रावक की, किस वक़्त अपने प्रवास-काल में एक ग्रामीण मनुष्य से भेट हुई| उसके पास यह प्रभु प्रतिमा थी, जिसे देखकर उदेशि श्रावक अत्यधिक हर्षित हुए व उस व्यक्ति को मुहँ माँगा धन देकर बड़े ही हर्षोल्लास व आदर-सत्कार पूर्वक प्रतिमा को अपने घर लाकर खाद-पदार्थ के भण्डार में रखा| दुसरे दिन जब प्रभु प्रतिमा के दर्शनार्थ भण्डार का दरवाजा खोला तब भण्डार को खाद पदार्थो से भरपूर देखकर उदेशी श्रावक आश्चर्य चकित हुए| गाँव में उपस्तिथि पूज्य यतिवर्य के पास जाकर घटित वृतांत कहा| उस पर यतीजी ने मंदिर बनवाकर इस चमत्कारिक प्रभु प्रतिमा की प्रतिष्टित करवाने की सलाह दी| तदनुसार उदेशी श्रावक ने भव्य मंदिर का निर्माण करवाया|
प्रतिष्ठा के शुभ अवसर पर स्वामी-वात्सल्य का आयोजन रखा गया, जिसमे एक ही बर्तन का घी आवश्यक प्रमाण में वापरने पर भी बर्तन भरा ही रहा|इस आश्चर्यमयी घटना से उपस्तिथ भक्तगन प्रभावित होकर प्रभु को धृृतकल्लोल पार्श्वनाथ कहने लगे| प्रतिमा को अत्यंत हर्षोल्लास के साथ जयध्वनि के बीच विधिपूर्वक प्रतिष्टित किया गया| कहा जाता है की अभी भी अनेको बार चमत्कारिक घटनाए घटती है|
