Agyaan Timir Tarni, Kalikaal-Kalpataru, Punjab Kesari, Yugveer, Jain Aacharya Shri Mad Vijay VALLABH Sureeshwar Ji Maharaj was the Famous Jain saint Of 20th Century. He was born on Vikram Sammvat 1927 (1870) , Kartik Shudi Dooj (Bhai Dooj) in BARODA, Gujrat.

His Father’s name was Shri Deep Chand & His Mother’s name was Smt. Ichha Bai.
Before Deekhsa His Name was Chhagan Lal.

He took His Deeksha in Sammvat 1944, Radhanpur(Gujrat). His Deeksha Guru was Shri Harsh Vijay Ji maharaj.

He got his Acharya Padvi in Samvat 1981, Lahore. He died on Aashwin Vadi Ekadashi in Samvat 2011 (1954), Mumbai (Maharashtra). His total Age was 84 years.

His Main Works:-

He is known as the founder of all the Atmanand Jain Sabha across the north India.
He founded many Teaching Institutions, on the name of Acharya Vijyanand Suri.
He Started the Atam Samvat.
He wrote thousands of Stavans, Sajhhayas, Poojas etc.
He also founded many Jain Temples.

In New Delhi a very big Samarak (Vijay Vallabh Samarak) is made in his Remembrence.

Acharya Shri Vijay Vallabh Suri was born in Vadodara, Gujarat in the year 1870. He is also known as Punjab Kesari. Alongside his religious bend of mind, it was his desire to inculcate under the precepts of Jainism service to the sick, help to the needy and humane value among common men and woman.

He worked actively in the Punjab where he established schools, hospitals, educational institutes all of which are working successfully to the day. Acharyashri journeyed all over the country and made a movement for collection of funds to uphold some noble causes, people came forward in large number to do their duty Today though he is not present physically amongst us but his spiritual presence can be felt by the work carried forward by his followers. Acharya Shreemad Vijay Vallabh Surishwarji’s Maharajsaheb’s soul left his body on dated 22nd September 1954 in Mumbai.
