PRESIDING DEITY AND LOCATION :

Sri Dharmanath Bhagwan in white color, seated in a lotus posture of height 60 cms located in a shrine in Ravala Vas of Khudala village (Shve).

ANTIQUITY AND SALIENT FEATURES :

Sri Surashsh, son of Sri Ramdev of Porwal dynasty had built this temple. On the idol, there is incised an inscription which states that the idol was installed and ceremonially consecrated in Vikram year 1243 by Sri Naldhar, brother of Surashah. The idol has a sort of paste applied to it. There is a reference which states that several other idols were installed and ceremonially consecrated in Vikram years 1523 and 1543. At the time of renovations, it appears that in the temple, a good deal of fine and decorative enamelling work has been executed delicately and beautifully. Besides this temple, there is one other home temple at the Falna station there is a Parshvanath temple.

APPROACH – ROUTE :

The nearby railway station of Falna is 3 Kms away from here where autos and taxis are available. The public bus stand is 1KM away. Cars and buses can go upto the temple .

AMENITIES FOR JAIN PILGRIMS :

For lodging there is a dharamshala here with all facilities and a bhojanshala for meals is also available.
