Mulnayak: Nearly 58 cms high, Parrikaryukt white-coloured idol of Bhagwan Sesali Parshvanath in
the Padmasana posture. There is an umbrella of 7 hoods over the head of the idol.
Tirth: It is in the Sesali village on the bank of the Mithadi river.
Historicity: In ancient times, Sesali was a very rich and prosperous city. In the 12th century,
Shresthi Shri Mandan Shanghvi built a splendid pinnacled temple at the expense of lakhs of
rupees. He brought a captivating idol of Bhagwan Parshvanath from the neighbouring village of
Nadalai. This idol was ceremonially installed here in V.S. 1187 by the revered hands of Bhattarak
Shri Anandsuriji. This temple was renovated in V.S. 1252. When this temple was renovated again
in V.S.1493, the idol was installed along with a beautiful Parrikar. Its last renovation was
accomplished on the 14th day of the bright half of the month of Ashadh in the year 2020 of the
Vikram era. A fair is held here on the 10th day of the bright half of the month of Bhadrapad and on
Karthik Purnima day.
Other Temples: There are no other temples here.
Works of art and Sculpture: This influential idol belongs to the times of King Samprati. The
beauty of this idol is extraordinary and delightful to the heart. The idol of Sesali Parshvanath is also
known as "Dada Parshvanath".
Guidelines: The nearest railway station of Falna is at a distance of 7 kms., Sadadi at a distance of
12kms, and Bali at a distance of 3 kms. from the temple. The bus stand of Punadia is at a distance
of 1.5 kms. from the temple. Private vehicles are available. Dharamshala and Bhojanshala facilities
are available here.

श्री सेसली पार्श्वनाथ – सेसली
मीठ्डी नदी के तट पर बसा हुआ सेसली किसी समय वैभवशाली गाँव रहा होगा जो यहाँ पर स्तिथ प्राचीन शिखरबद्ध जिनालय की उपस्थिति से ज्ञात होता है|
श्वेत पाषण की, मन को आनंद देने वाली श्री पार्श्वनाथजी की सपरिकर पद्मासन ध्यानस्थ प्रतिमाजी मुलनायकजी के स्थान पर विराजमान है|
१२वि सदी में क्षेष्टि श्री मांडन संघवी ने लाखों रुपयों का शुभ खर्च कर भव्य शिखरबद्ध जिनालय का निर्माण करवाया| जिनालय में विराजमान करने के लिए लाठाडा के पास में लालराई गाँव से श्री पार्श्वनाथ प्रभु की प्रतिमाजी को लाया गया| वि.सं. ११८७ आषाढ़ सूद ७ को शुभ दिन भट्टारक् श्री आनंदसूरी के हाथ से इस प्रतिमाजी को मुलनायकजी के पद पर बिराजमान किया गया| प्रतिमाजी अत्यंत प्रभावशाली होने से सेसली एक तीर्थ के रूप में प्रसिद्ध हुआ|
संवत् १२५२ में जिनालय का जिणोरद्वार हुआ है| संवत् १४९३ में प्रतिमाजी को कलात्मक परिकर से सुशोभित किया गया| संवत् २०२० में पुन: जिणोरद्वार हुआ है| आषाढ़ सूद १४ प्रतिष्ठा का दिन प्रतिवर्ष मनाया जाता है|
संवत् १६५५ में श्री प्रेम विजय कृत ३६५ पार्श्वजिन नाममाला में इस तीर्थ का उल्लेख हुआ है|
सूरत से आबू पर्वत छरी पालित यात्रा संघ में वि.सं. १७५५ में ज्ञान विमल सूरी रचित तीर्थमाला में “चेचलियो पार्श्वनाथ” की वंदना की गई है|
श्री शील विजय विचरित तिर्थमाला में संवत् १७४८ में इस तीर्थ को “छेछेली” संबोधित किया गया है|
श्री शान्तिनाथ मंदिर, सेवाड़ी के वि.सं. ११३७ के शिलालेख में छेछडीयाँ गाँव का उल्लेख है|
गोडवाड क्षेत्र में “छ” को “स” से भी पुकारते है| इस प्रकार छेछेली का सेसली नाम कारन हुआ|
यहाँ जैनों का एक भी घर नहीं है|वर्तमान समय में श्री मनमोहन पार्श्वनाथ जैन देवस्थान पेढ़ी बाली के अंतगर्त इस तीर्थ की व्यवस्था की जाती है|
प्रतिवर्ष कार्तिक पूनम व भादरव सूद १० के दिन यहाँ मेला भरता है|
