Little difficult to make but worth the effort….a tasty healthy recipe.

  1. Mix all the ingredients (except the banana leaves) and form a batter like the one made for dosa.
  2. Grease banana leaves with oil.
  3. Spread the batter over one leaf and cover it with another leaf.
  4. Roast on a pre-heated griddle (tawa) for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Additional Note: Serve with coriander green chutney and masala green chilli.
