Cucumbers and curds give a cooling effect to the body’s digestive system.

Cucumber Raita

  1. Peel and grate the cucumber. Add little salt to it. Gently squeeze out the water. Keep aside.
  2. In a bowl, add cucumber, chilies, mustard powder and salt to beaten curds.
  3. Sprinkle cumin powder. Garnish with coriander leaves.
