Mulnayak: Nearly 84 cms. high, black-coloured idol of Bhagwan Vahi Parshvanath in the Padmasana posture. There is an umbrella of 7 hoods over the head of the idol. The tails of the two tigers who are below the the idol of Bhagwan Parshvanath, come from behind the idol to the top of hood over the head of the idol which is very amazing. This is the speciality of this idol which is not seen in any other idol.

Tirth: It is in the Vahi village.

Historicity: Vahi was a very prosperous city in ancient times. This temple was built by King Samprati and is more than 1,100 years old. This idol is distinct, ancient and very impressive. In this beautiful temple, there is a cellar which is closed at present. Since this tirth is in Vahinagar, the idol is called Vahi Parshvanath. This temple was renovated without disturbing the Mulnayak Bhagwan. In V.S.2019, two idols which were removed from their original place, were installed again by the revered hands of Upadhyay Shri Dharmasagarji Maharaj. This land is sanctified by foot-steps of many Revered Acharyas, sadhus and sadhvis. Once a pilgrim sees this idol, an earnest spiritual desire to see it again rises in his heart. A fair is held here every year on the 10th day of the dark half of the month of Paush.

Other Temples: There are no other temples here.

Works of art and Sculpture: The idol looks beautiful and magnificent in this splendid pinnacled temple. The idol is sculpted beautifully and it is extra ordinary. Three phases of a human life are seen on the face of the divine idol daily. In the morning the idol of God looks like that of a child. At noon, it looks like that of a youth. In the evening, it looks like that of an old man. Many ancient stories of this fascinating tirth prove its antiquity.

Guidelines: This tirth is at a distance of 5 kms. from the Pipaliya Mandi station and 16 kms. from Mandsaur. Bus service and private vehicles are available. Near the temple, there are 2 Dharamshalas, a Bhojanshala and an Upashraya. Kareda Tirth, Nageshwar Tirth and Kukadeshwar Tirth are close by from here.
