Exotic snack made of baby corns.
Baby Corn Crispy
- Cut the baby corn into pieces. In a pan take some water along with little salt and boil the baby corns until soft.
- In a bowl, add rice flour, corn flour, bengal gram flour, baking powder, red chilli powder, green chilli paste, garam masala and salt. Add little water to form a coating consistency and then whisk it well. Now put the baby corn pieces and marinate it for 15-20 minutes. Keep aside.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Put the baby corn pieces and deep fry till golden brown in colour.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
