Banana Raita

Sweet and sour, this raita is relished with parathas or rotis.

Banana Raita

  1. Peel bananas. Slice them or cut them into small cubes.
  2. In a bowl, to beaten curds, add all the dry ingredients. Gently fold in, the cut bananas. Serve.
  3. Additional Note: This raita also tastes delicious with coarsely pounded mustard seeds. Avoid use of saffron and cardamoms. Add salt to taste. Garnish with cut coriander leaves.
