Preparation Method
  1. For the batter: Mix all the ingredients and whisk the batter to a coating consistency. Rest the batter for about 15 minutes
To Proceed
  1. Cut the Paneer pieces in square shapes - 1 1/2 inch thick.
  2. Heat oil in a kadai for deep frying.
  3. Dip each piece of paneer in the batter, and then deep fry it on medium heat till crisp and golden brown in colour. Drain on an absorbent paper.
  4. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
